Darice Star's 7th Birthday Gimik

Last April 20, the three of us went to the Fun Ranch near Tiendesitas to celebrate Darice's 7th birthday :)

The first time we went there, she discovered the Love and Berry video game. The game gives a card which you can use to dress up either Love or Berry. However, you have to pick the right "scene" wherein Love and Berry will perform, because you have to use the dress/hairdo/shoes on your card to increase your points. [Yeah, I know how the game works now because Darice played it a LOT]

Dar, the competitive video game player, even helped her out. Hehe.

And then we did some karaoke. I, of course, provided the second voice. Ehem. Ahhaha. Check out the last few seconds when Dar and I joined in hehehe.

Then it was time to eat! Off we went to the Big Red Barn.

The place had this very high slide that Darice enjoyed... as you can see in the pics :)

Of course we were there to enjoy lunch, so we ordered some pizza and chicken. Yum! Darice enjoyed the chicken, while I loved their gravy because there were bits of mushroom in it.

Look at her... isn't she a cute little lady? :)

The 7 year-old princess...

After our hearty lunch, we decided to go to Megamall for a toy shopping spree at Toy Kingdom. Darice's jaw dropped when Dar and I kept putting toys inside the cart! Hahahaha. They were Disney Princess' tea sets for only P99.75, down from P299.75 noh! Hehehe. In the end, she bought a Mickey Mouse cooking set, a Disney Princess tea tray set, a few sets of "slice-able" toy vegetables (for P39.75 per set, puede na rin) and a Powerpuffs golf set (yeah, don't ask me, I dunno why she bought that hehe).

Then we went to Powerbooks to buy her some books, but then she just bought one set of Disney Princess' mini books, with a poster and some stickers.

We were both very tired after that shopping spree, so while Dar went around Cyberzone, we had some iced tea while Darice read her mini-books.

It was a happy happy happy birthday for my darling daughter :)
